REfund policy

If you received an order with an issue, please contact us at bloomsandbezels@gmail.com with the order number and a picture of the problem (if possible). We can then resolve the issue or provide a refund.

14 Day return policy (You have 14 days upon receiving item to contact us for a refund request).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in (unworn and unused), and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase through receipt.

To start a return, contact us at bloomsandbezels@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us about the return will not be refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If you receive the wrong item, please let us know asap.

Refunds

we will notify you once we have received and inspected the return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or CC company to process and issue the refund.
